Lisbon Airport Contingency Plan

At the start of every year, ANA Airports/VINCI develops and implements a contingency plan to deal with the increase in passenger flow and with the Lisbon Airport’s many limitations, especially in the summer.
In order to generate goodwill with their teams, partner entities and passengers, this oft too technical and uninteresting set of initiatives was to be broadly communicated in the airport and different media.
Since these are usually small and unnoticed changes, I created the concept of the “bigdetails”, to bring them to the forefront of communication.
A set of billboards were developed in the aesthetics of VINCI, as well as contextual communication pieces, highlighting these “bigdetails” that contributed to a better airport experience. All of these were also translated to social media and internal communication.
