Samsung QLED 8K event

When a new Samsung flagship product is launched in the Portuguese market, it is first shown to the tech press. So, to help launch their new QLED 8K TV, the brand hosted an event in Lisbon. Our guiding concept for the communication was “Perfect Reality”.

To highlight the TV’s new record-breaking resolution, we created a retrospective experience. The same content was shown in Samsung TVs, from the old black-and-white sets, to the new 8K big screen.

The name and event’s identity convey this shift towards a clearer, more defined reality. The invitation served as a way to drive home the point that the 8th really was an 8K day. As a parting gift, the journalists were gifted a “movie poster”, paired with a set of headphones.
